Jonathan Salkoff joins Candela Partners as a Senior Director. His background includes delivering operational and strategic guidance in business operations, strategic planning, and sales effectiveness. Previous clients include telecommunications carriers, the U.S. Department of Defense, and large multi-modal transportation companies. Jonathan has also held several leadership roles in sales, professional services, and customer success.

Jonathan lives in Reno, NV, where he enjoys getting outside for hiking, skiing, and exploring the region in his Sprinter van.  He is an active member of the community as a writer and podcaster for RenoDads.com, as well as volunteering as an alumni mentor for candidates applying to the U.S. Naval Academy.

He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, served in the Navy as a supervising nuclear engineering officer, and earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
